I offer individual therapy services for exceptional women.

Women who are truly one-of-a-kind, but are also tired of working a little too hard at everything they do, and finding themselves coming up empty.

I only work with clients who are committed and engaged in their own healing.

As your therapist, I am merely a facilitator of your healing. Yes, a highly educated, trained, and licensed facilitator – but it is always your commitment to this process that will ultimately get you the best result.

This is why I only work with folks who are ready and willing to make a minimum commitment of 3-months to the therapeutic process. 

What I know from doing this for over 3 decades is that you won’t experience the benefits of therapy from coming only once or twice per month.

When we begin, we’re going to get clear on your goals and begin your unique treatment plan.

For our first 3 months, we’ll meet every week at the same date and time, to create a flow for our work together – a beautiful experience that truly moves you forward

The last week of the month will be an integration week. For this week, we won’t meet. Instead, it will provide an opportunity for you to put your new tools into practice and “feel” life without a therapist or practitioner.

We’ll also continue to monitor your goals and review what’s working for you as we move forward. This is not a place where you’ll come to talk about your week, like you do with friends.

This is a professional partnership to create healing in your life. 

The goal of our therapy is to clear the debris of trauma, rewire new neural pathways in your brain, cultivate new beliefs that help you build the life, career, and relationships you really want, and provide you with reliable tools so you’re able to feel better, and confidently stand on your own two feet.
